Toda mascota debe estar siempre bajo supervisión del dueño, siempre debe de andar con su collar y correa durante la estadía en el hotel.

All pets must always be under the owner’s supervision and must always be kept on a collar and leash during their stay at the hotel.

Está prohibido que las mascotas duerman arriba del mobiliario de las habitaciones. Cualquier daño o limpieza especial que se requiera hacer por tal situación, los gastos adicionales correrán por el dueño de la mascota.

Pets are prohibited from sleeping on guestroom furniture. Any damage or special cleaning required will be borne by the pet owner.

Pets are not allowed inside the room or in the car without the owner’s supervision.

Es prohibido el ingreso de las mascotas al área del restaurante, se asignan un área fuera del mismo para las mascotas.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant area; an area outside the restaurant is designated for pets.

Los propietarios serán los responsables de que se recojan los excrementos dejados en las áreas públicas y los jardines de no ser así, incurrirá a una multa, de igual manera deben de traer los implementos para la estadia de la mascosta.

Owners are responsible for ensuring that droppings left in public areas and gardens are picked up. Failure to do so will result in a fine. They must also bring the necessary equipment for the pet’s stay.

No es responsable el hotel por enfermedad, muerte o pérdida de la mascota.

The hotel is not responsible for illness, death or loss of the pet.

Cada cliente es responsable por los daños y/o perjuicios que él o su mascota ocasionen a si mismos, a otros huéspedes, a trabajadores, o a equipamiento e infraestructura del hotel, quedando obligado al pago o indemnización correspondiente.

Each client is responsible for any damages and/or losses that he or his pet may cause to themselves, other guests, employees, or the hotel’s equipment and infrastructure, and is obliged to pay or compensate accordingly.
